Football – CAN 2025: Here are the new Atlas Lions jerseys

The Royal Moroccan Federation (FRMF) unveiled, Monday, November 11, the new Atlas Lions jerseys for the next CAN that Morocco will host in 2025. This launch event highlighted the close cooperation between PUMA , the federal body, Royal Air Maroc and Planet Sport, underlining the collective commitment to supporting Moroccan football on the international scene, indicates a joint press release.

For these new tunics, Puma collaborated with designer Abderrahmane Trabsini. This alliance gave rise to the creation of jerseys that celebrate the rich cultural heritage of Morocco. “Embodying the essence of Moroccan art, the Home kit features designs inspired by geometric designs and traditional Moroccan zellige tiles, with at the center, the five-pointed star of the flag of Morocco highlighted, reflecting the authenticity of Moroccan culture”, we detail.

Concerning the away jersey (Away kit), embroidery and symbols inspired by Amazigh craftsmanship have been incorporated with patterns that deeply connect to Moroccan heritage, bringing an additional cultural dimension to the design. The vibrant red and green palette reflects the national flag, while the inclusion of Tifinagh on the back of the jersey pays homage to Morocco’s deep and rich history and cultural diversity.

To promote the national team and Morocco as a tourist destination, several innovative actions, initiated in partnership with Planet Sport, are carried out by RAM by having all cabin crew (hostesses and stewards) wear the new jerseys during two days, on board Royal Air Maroc planes, in support of the national selection and the promotion of football as a vector of tourist influence for the Morocco destination. Furthermore, this exceptional action will not be limited to cabin crew, but also to the ground staff of the national airline.
