For two years, it is mainly Geneva that has been the talk of the town when it comes to crack consumption. But all Swiss cities are affected by this scourge.

For a little over a year, Geneva has been at the top of the list of results when it comes to illustrating the surge of crack in Swiss cities. The explosion of this derivative of cocaine in the form of crystals which are smoked with a pipe, causing violent and immediate effects, greatly worries the authorities of the City of Calvin. But an investigation by “NZZ am Sonntag” published this Sunday breaks this prejudice a little. Because far ahead of all other Swiss cities, it is Lausanne which is firmly anchored in first place.
