The demonstrators gathered at the end of the afternoon in front of the Valencia town hall before heading to the regional headquarters.
Much of the anger is focused on Valencia region president Carlos Mazón (PP, right) but socialist Prime Minister Pedro Sánchez has also not been spared criticism from within the ranks of the protest.
