“It’s a little weird to say this as a European, but in my opinion the answer is yes. That’s one of the elements. She’s very progressive. She’s a woman. She’s African-American. And It’s still difficult in the United States. It’s a shame.”
An Elon Musk?
Theo Francken also believes that an “administrative simplification” position will be created for Elon Musk, who supported Donald Trump during the campaign. “I don’t know if he will become a minister, but I think he will be the leader in abolishing rules. (…) We could draw inspiration from this in Belgium. It is necessary. There is too many rules, and it’s difficult to abolish them. I tried that for 4 years and I had more success with migration than with administrative simplification.
Regarding migration, are there points put forward by Donald Trump that could be applied in Europe?
“Absolutely, like closing the borders to the South. That there would be no irregular migration. It’s the same vision as Trump.
