On November 3, an evening that seemed ordinary at Biscuiterie HLM turned into a real scandal. Two men, a gendarme named PA Diagne, aged 28, and a financial controller, Mr. Ba, 35, were referred to the prosecutor for acts of unnatural behavior and endangering the lives of others, as reported by L’Enquête.

The affair begins on the social network Facebook, where the two men meet and share unexpected confidences about their sexuality. After a seemingly harmless discussion, Mr. Ba suggests a meeting at his home to explore this connection in more depth. However, the situation quickly takes an unexpected turn.

Arriving at Mr. Ba’s home, the two men begin a caress, but PA Diagne, apparently uncomfortable, interrupts the exchange and leaves Mr. Ba alone in the bathroom. Taking advantage of this opportunity, the gendarme slips away with Mr. Ba’s cell phone. The latter, realizing the theft, cries “To the thief!” attracting the attention of nearby car washers, who quickly intervene.

During his hearing, Mr. Ba explains that their meeting was intended for sexual relations, but that the attraction was not there when PA Diagne undressed. For his part, the gendarme is placed in police custody for the purposes of investigation, while Mr. Ba is detained for an unnatural act.

The case highlights disturbing aspects of social interactions in the digital age, and the consequences can be serious both personally and professionally for both individuals involved. This tragedy has already sent shock waves through the community, raising questions about morality and social norms. The prosecutor will now have to decide the fate of these two men whose evening turned into something unexpected.
