Here are the 5 elected MR candidates for the position of provincial deputy

Here are the five provincial councilors candidates for the position of provincial deputy: Jessica Mayon (Bastogne), Denis Collard (Bertrix), Dominique Gillard (La Roche-en-Ardenne); Vincent Wauthoz (Virton) and Thierry Neyens (Arlon).

Initially, the MR communicated the candidacy of 4 elected officials. That of Thierry Neyens was added in the last hours. In fact, other advisors could still submit their candidacy since the deadline runs until 11:59 p.m. this November 1.

Remember that Coralie Bonnet (Bastogne) and Marie-Eve Hannard (Libramont) will be the Engagé deputies. And that Stephan De Mul (Marche) and Nathalie Heyard (Musson) will share the socialist delegation.

When three women sit on the College, the liberal deputy must therefore be a man, parity “2/3-1/3” requires.

To see if the liberals will opt like the socialists for sharing the function.

During the tripartite press conference on October 22, the MR favored a 6-year mandate exercised by the same person (i.e. a man).

Answer this Saturday, November 9. The Liberal provincial committee will proceed, by secret vote, to the election of the provincial deputy MR.
