A program canceled at the last minute, informs the Minister of Higher Education, Research and Innovation (MESRI), visibly surprised.
TFM viewers did not see the Jakarlo show on the small screen this Friday. Guest Dr. Abdourahmane Diouf informs that the show was canceled at the last minute while he was at the press group’s premises.
“TFM invited me to participate in the JAKARLO BI show this Friday, October 18, 2024. I accepted the invitation. TFM told me that it is a special format where I am the only guest. I accepted the format. TFM asked me to show up at the venue at 10:15 p.m. I was there at 9:50 p.m. TFM suggested that I agree at the last minute to have a co-debater. I accepted the principle although surprised. But there was no co-debater there. TFM finally informed me at 11:30 p.m. that the show was canceled. I took note! I apologize for this missed meeting and hope to see you again very soon,” informs the MESRI.
The editorial staff of the Futures Media group has not yet faced these allegations from the minister.
