QCan we possibly have in common the blockages at the Carrefour Léonard, the conflict at bpost and the crisis surrounding the Landscape decree? A priori nothing, except that in all three cases, management in an emergency, with delay and without prior negotiations or consultations creates chaos which prevents a good solution to the problems posed and causes significant harm to “users”. Today, motorists and commuters must multiply stratagems to complete daily journeys, subscribers no longer receive their newspaper or magazine or in a very erratic manner, and university students no longer know in what sauce they will be “eaten” at a few cables from their exam session.
