Unfortunately, this is not the first time that Louane has been the subject of criticism and other inappropriate remarks about her body. The singer, who has just celebrated her 28th birthday, has for the occasion mixed for the first time in a club and under one of the videos of her performance, we find many grossophobic comments. Fed up.

Uninhibited grossophobia in a video by Louane
For her birthday, Louane didn't do things by halves! The French artist found a place behind the decks at the B*tch Party, organized this Saturday, November 30 and whose theme was none other than Taylor Swift. A real joy for this Swiftie who also revealed on her Instagram account that she spent “the best birthday in the world”.
But sadly, there are always people who come to spoil the pleasure of others and following a few extracts from the evening, some felt obliged to comment on the young woman's body. Free and nasty comments which once again reveal the fatphobia that reigns in our society and on social networks.
It's therefore an anthology of thoughts to vomit that we can find in a video in which the main interested party seems to be having a great time: “OMG she really let herself go Louane….”, “The liner”, “Loucouenne”, “There are 2 Louanes there”, “that looks like good KFC”…
Louane confides in her TCA
If, once again, it is not appropriate to comment on the physique of others, we cannot help but point out that Louane is not objectively fat and that she simply has the body of an adult woman. And if she no longer has the same body as when she started, it is purely and simply because at the time of The Voice or La Famille Bélier, the artist was only a teenager.
And this is not the first time that Louane has had to face this type of attack, as she recently confided to our colleagues from Le Parisien: “The first time I was a victim of fatphobia, I was a size 38, it was for the Victoires de la Musique in 2019. I spent my Saturday crying in front of Twitter”she reveals.
And to add: “I have no problem telling myself that I have had EDs for years. It's a long and difficult fight to get out of it. Especially since my body is evolving before people's eyes. I feel ten times better in my body today than at 16, when they knew me as a child.”
