It’s one of the greatest gifts of a life. That of become a mother. A role that Lara Fabian took on for the first and only time in 2007. Lou was born from her love with the director Gerard Pullicino. Like all mothers, the artist would have liked her baby to remain a baby but it is clear that her little Lou has become a magnificent young woman. This November 20, the latter celebrated her 17th birthday. As the milestone approaches, the 54-year-old singer took to her Instagram account to celebrate this day.
In the story of his account, Patrick Fiori's ex published a photo of Lou in black and white. She appears hand on hip in a tight little black dress with high boots. With her long hair down, she strikes a pose with a mischievous little smile. For her part, her mother contented herself with a brief comment: “Happy birthday love of my life you are” wrote the interpreter of I love you. Lara Fabian who has unconditional love for her child.
Thus, on numerous occasions, she spoke of this little girl who had grown up. Very proud of what she has become, she nevertheless tried to hold it removed as far as possible from the media sphere. This is why Lara Fabian decided to reveal his face to the public only at the age of 12. Since then, Lou appears regularly on social networks alongside her mother who she resembles so much.
Lara Fabian: talented singer but mother above all
On the sidelines of her success, tours, album recordings, Lara Fabian wanted to take care of her little Lou as much as possible. Interviewed this summer by 7 Days TVthe coach of “The Voice” spoke about her daughter’s character and how she wanted to educate her: “Lou is a hundred times better and stronger than me. She is more detached. Because I educated her that way. I taught him to distinguish what we are from what others think. I succeeded in this work, but it was perilousbecause she left to be like her mother!”the Belgian artist declared to our colleagues.
Concerning her future, Lara Fabian has no worries about “his amazing little girl“, a “very rock'n'roll teenager“. Will she follow in her mother's footsteps? “She is not attracted to the song” assures the singer. On the other hand, “she’s all in, she plays the guitar, she plays the piano, she sings beautifullybut of course you should never tell him that. She has lots of talents, she draws very well, she cooks well, it's really a polymorphous artist (…) I will encourage him to find his joy somewhere and if it’s there, so much the better,” concludes Lara Fabian.
