This Saturday, June 15, in the evening, Canal+ Africa broadcast live the first bonus of season 1 of Secret Story Africa presented by Jean-Michel Onnin. On the program, sixteen candidates – including twins – aged 26 to 47 from the four corners of Africa: Mali, Republic of Congo, Ivory Coast, Benin, Niger, Senegal, Burkina Faso, Togo, Gabon, Cameroon, Madagascar, Guinea… As in France, a daily newspaper will be broadcast from Monday to Friday, at 6:15 p.m. This adaptation, which takes place in South Africa, immediately experienced a reception diametrically opposed to that of the twelfth season of Secret Story launched on April 23 on TF1. Indeed, despite several hiccups and vagaries of the live broadcast – notably involving the co-host Stéphanelle who did not seem to have yet made her mark – the positive reactions multiplied on the social network the casting, the secrets or even the atmosphere in the House of Secrets. Conversely, the new season on TF1 had greatly disappointed Internet users, who claimed to be bored in addition to finding the list of secrets extremely weak, to the point of believing in a gag and suspecting that it was a a false broadcast.
