It is the young Alphonse, with his nostalgic universe, who came away winner of the 13th season of “ The Voice », offering at the same time a fourth victory to the “Zazie team”, after seven participations over the years. A few weeks after this grand final, it is time to take stock, as Le Parisien has just revealed, which affirms that the management of TF1 found this edition disappointing, particularly in terms of audiences. “Even if the target scores remain correct, management believes that the results weaken too much once the blind auditions are over. » confided an employee of the chain to the daily newspaper.
According to a producer interviewed by our colleagues, the lack of momentum is not surprising: “They are present half of the year, between the adult version and the Kids version”. The channel has therefore decided to focus on a “renewal”, with a “simplification of the mechanics” and is planning numerous changes for the next season, in collaboration with ITV Studios France, which produces the program. Nothing has yet been announced regarding changes to the format of the show, the numerous stages of which can sometimes be tiring.
As for the red armchairs on the other hand, the production wants to be reassuring: “We agree on the fact that this year’s group (Mika, Zazie, Vianney, Bigflo and Oli and Camille Lellouche) were excellent and very involved with the talents. The feedback is also very good. Now, as always, we’re talking with them and a few other artists to prepare for what’s next. » But the Parisian assures that they would in fact be ready to wipe the slate clean and bet on new faces, except for Mika, “very appreciated internally”. The name of Juliette Armanet was also mentioned to our colleagues, for a new position as coach…
