Pierre Garnier at the top of the nominations
Winner of the last “Star Academy”, Pierre Garnier is one of the musical sensations of the moment. The 22-year-old artist will perhaps win four trophies if the ballots go in his favor: those for Revelation, Album and French-speaking Song with “Ceux qu'on été”. In addition, the phenomenon singer is competing in the Concert category with the “Star Academy” tour! But he will have a hard time facing Taylor Swift, also named thanks to her tour “The Eras Tour”, presented in four spectacular shows in Paris and Lyon. Setting all the records, the superstar is the big favorite for the International Female Artist prize. She owes her third nomination to her album “The Tortured Poets Department”. But another pop star could overshadow her: Sabrina Carpenter! At the helm of the biggest global hit of the summer, Sabrina Carpenter is breathing a breath of fresh air. The American pin-up landed three nominations, including two thanks to her worldwide hit “Espresso”, in the running in the International Song and Music Video categories. Another revelation from the “Star Academy”, Helena wins three citations, notably for her committed music video “Summer Body” celebrating all the beauty of women.
Among the other French-speaking artists in competition, several do the double. Yseult could see its hit “Alibi” with Sevdaliza and Pabllo Vittar be crowned International Song while Indochina could establish itself as both Group and Album of the year with “Babel Babel”. Played repeatedly on the radio, Louane, Gims, Billie Eilish, SDM and Beyoncé also received two nominations for these Purecharts Awards #3. But to come away a winner, you will have to convince more Internet users than your competitors! Nothing is decided in advance, everyone has a chance… So your votes!
