Always listening to its customers and committed to offering them enriching experiences, inwi proceeded, on January 21 in Casablanca, to the official launch of its brand new loyalty program “My inwi Fidélité”.

This innovative program, designed to promote the loyalty of all its subscribers, is aimed at both individual users of mobile services (top-ups or packages) and Wi-Fi customers (Fiber, ADSL Xtra or i-dar).

With this program, inwi customers accumulate points based on their seniority and activities, such as top-ups, bill payments or their activity on the My inwi app. These points can be converted into various benefits and allow you to progress through three loyalty levels: My inwi Loyalty, My inwi Loyalty Plus and My inwi Loyalty Max, each level unlocking increasingly generous gifts and benefits.

The My inwi Loyalty program allows customers to choose a telecom gift each week via the section « My KDO Telco » on the My inwi application, according to their level, and according to their needs. It also offers exclusive discounts from prestigious partners, accessible in the section « My Deals »including, initially, discounts on Samsung products, Glovo benefits, and reductions at Istikbal, Mobilium, Beautymall, Yatout, Albumi, Funclub and Mon Cadeau. Other partners will join this first panel.

In addition, culture and sports enthusiasts can participate in draws via « My Events » to win tickets to major events.

This launch ceremony of the new loyalty program was also marked by the signing of a partnership between the global operator and Cinémas Pathé Maroc. As part of this collaboration, inwi offers moviegoers an exclusive experience thanks to the new section “My Cinema”.

Every Monday and Tuesday, for the purchase of a cinema ticket, based on the full price, a second ticket is offered. This free ticket, valid for a session of your choice, can be used within 30 days, and will allow the customer to enjoy doubly the pleasure of the big screen.

For special screenings and supplement 3D, 4DX, Imax, VIP and First Seat, the customer will be able to use this free ticket by simply paying the difference with the normal price, thus benefiting from an enriched cinema experience at a lower cost.

In short, this loyalty program demonstrates inwi’s ongoing commitment to placing its customers at the heart of its priorities. By offering personalized services and benefits tailored to each individual’s specific needs, inwi seeks not only to improve the user experience, but also to reward its customers for their trust and loyalty.
