Previews or special screenings are expected to be numerous in Vienna cinemas at the start of 2025.
At the Tap cinema, in Poitiers, a first meeting is set for Friday January 10, at 8 p.m., with the screening of the Franco-Italian documentary A country of resistancefollowed by a meeting with co-director Shu Aiello. The session is organized in partnership with the Human Rights League, Alternatiba Poitiers and Les Amis du Monde Diplomatique 86.
On January 16, the young director Laura Piani will come to present her film Jane Austen ruined my lifeat the Tap cinema. She will be followed, on February 4, by documentary filmmaker Claire Simon with her new film, Learn.
At the Dietrich, the other art house cinema in Poitiers, a preview of the film The Pampa is scheduled for Monday, January 27, at 9 p.m., as part of the Télérama festival. Also note two new releases, in 2025, at the Dietrich: “A year with… David Lynch”, with one film per month in chronological order (starting with Eraser HeadJanuary 14, at 9 p.m.); and “Salle gosse”, a family video club offered one Friday evening per month.
At the Méga CGR in Buxerolles, no less than six previews are planned between now and mid-February. This rich program will start on Thursday January 16, 2025, at 7:45 p.m., with a film debate around the documentary Witnessesin the presence of its director, Sonia Barkallah, as well as doctors from the Henri-Laborit hospital center. Friday, January 24, at 8 p.m., time for the film premiere Is ira, in the presence of director Enya Baroux.
Saturday 1is February, at 8 p.m., is the premiere of the film The Bodin's are going into a tailspin which will take place in the presence of the film crew. Finally, the film premiere Market is announced on Saturday February 15, in the presence of Jamel Debbouze (the comedian will also pass by the CGR of Fontaine-le-Comte, the same day, before going on stage at the Arena, the same evening, with his friends of the Jamel Comedy Club).

A few days before their arrival in Poitiers, the two main actors of the Bodin's will have already passed through Châtellerault on Wednesday January 22. “Vincent Dubois and Jean-Christian Fraiscinet are going to spend the day with us, dressed up as Bodin's, announces Dominique Soulard, director of Loft cinemas.
