Symbols formed by gravitational waves which indicate geographical coordinates, that of a secret NASA scientific center where Professor Brand (Michael Caine) and his daughter Amélia Anne Hathaway work). Father and daughter prepare a space expedition through a wormhole that appeared near Saturn leading to another galaxy. Their goal: to find a new habitable planet. Despite his daughter Murphy's fears, Joseph Cooper agrees to leave.

Although it is purely fiction, the film is still based on works on the American physicist Kip ThorneNobel Prize in Physics in 2017 for his work on gravitational waves. He was a consultant on the filming ofInterstellar to ensure the realism of the film.
Two animated films and a romance
