Tomorrow evening, TF1 will broadcast the second part of the adventures of magizoologist Norbert Scamander, “Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald”. On this occasion, we challenge you to recognize 8 creatures seen in the Harry Potter universe!

After a first film released in 2016 centered on the arrival of the English wizard Norbert Scamander in New York with a whole bunch of creatures hidden in his bag which are unfortunately released into the streets of the Big Apple and which he will have to find, a second episode of Fantastic Beasts was released in 2018.

Subtitled The Crimes of Grindelwald, the latter gives pride of place to two characters well known to fans of the world of Harry Potter: the dark wizard Grindelwald, played by Johnny Depp, and a young Dumbledore, played by Jude Law.

The future headmaster of Hogwarts is the only wizard who can measure up to his former friend, but to help him in his task, he will call on his former student, Norbert. A perilous mission to (re)discover tomorrow evening on TF1 and of which here are some filming secrets, before playing our quiz on the magical creatures encountered in the films of the Harry Potter universe.

Did you know ?

Jared Harris expected

The first rumors had mentioned Christian Bale, Benedict Cumberbatch then Jared Harris (the Moriarty of Sherlock Holmes 2 who is none other than the son of the deceased Richard Harris, interpreter of Albus Dumbledore in the first two Harry Potter) to play young Albus Dumbledore . But it was ultimately Jude Law who was chosen to play the headmaster of Hogwarts in Fantastic Beasts: The Crimes of Grindelwald. If Harris had been selected, he would have found Law, his enemy from Sherlock Holmes 2.

Omar Sy says no

In the show “Au Tableau!” on C8, Omar Sy revealed that he had declined a role in a famous franchise: “I think I just refused one that’s going to be a hit. (…) He is in the process of turning now which in my opinion will work. It is the sequel to Fantastic Beasts, the sequel to Harry Potter. The role that was in it was repetitive. It’s something I’ve played before. Because I don’t want to arrive on set and be jaded. That is to say to be there as if it were normal. It’s extraordinary to be on a film set and I want to keep this wonder when I’m there. If I start doing the stuff I’ve already done, it’s not going to be great.
