Sylvain Guintoli, the 2014 Superbike World Champion and MotoGP expert for TNT, has shared encouraging news regarding his son Luca, who was diagnosed with cancer in August. Since this shocking announcement, Guintoli has stepped away from the circuits to be alongside his family. In an emotional update on his social media,
Guintoli revealed that Luca was finally able to enjoy a more peaceful day after going through extremely difficult times. “ Our Luca had his best day since falling ill in July,” he wrote. “ After fighting for his life
in intensive care, faced several sessions of chemotherapy and underwent a first surgery two weeks ago, he finally felt a little better. »

Sylvain also shared a special moment from Luca with a very special gift. “ For the first time, he was able to go play outsidedrive his buggy and start the new car with a big smile. Luca calls it the “Sonic Mobile”, because he is a big fan of Sonic, and I’m sure it will help motivate him for the frequent trips to the hospital to continue his treatment. »
