The plenary session of the Assembly for the month of December is held on Thursday December 19 and Friday December 20. Thirty files are on the agenda. Territorial advisors will notably have to decide on the initial budget of the CTM for 2025 and the community’s participation in the Solidarity Fund for Mayotte following the passage of Cyclone Chido.

The last meeting of the Plenary Assembly of the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique for the year 2024 will be held over two days, this Thursday 19 and Friday 20 December from 8:30 a.m. in the Camille Darsières Room at the Hôtel de la Collectivité in Fort -de-.

Elected officials will have to look into the thirty issues on the agenda.

In particular, they will have to decide on the initial budget of the CTM for the year 2025, the financial mechanisms to strengthen equity and support the investment of Martinique’s VSEs/SMEs and the convening of the Congress of Martinique’s elected officials.

According to the emergency procedure, 4 reports are proposed for inclusion on the agenda of the session.

The points are as follows:

  • Draft decree laying down various provisions relating to artificial islands, installations, floating structures and professional vessels
  • Participation of the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique in the Solidarity Fund for Mayotte following the passage of Cyclone Chido
  • Request for an exceptional additional grant made by the agroresources and research center of Martinique (PARM) for the year 2024
  • Financial partnership agreement for the year 2024 and amendment no. 1 to framework agreement no. 22-447 between the Territorial Collectivity of Martinique and France Travail (formerly Pole Emploi Martinique).
