Beautiful characters and tragic destinies
The story told by the actors of the Compagnie de l’Inutile is that of Paul Hansen, son of a Danish pastor and a Toulouse cinema manager, locked up for two years in a Montreal prison. The protagonist, who shares his cell with Horton, a Hells Angels guilty of murder, looks back on the steps that led to his captivity, and ultimately on the plot of his life. The vitality of the theater and the tragedy of Jean-Paul Dubois ring true, transporting the spectator on a delicious journey towards the absurd and humor.
