The extradition request was made
As a reminder, the man is suspected of having killed a young 19-year-old student on September 21. His body was found half buried in the Bois de Boulogne in Paris. The individual, already convicted of rape and subject to an OQTF, was then arrested in Switzerland, at the Geneva station.
The new Minister of Justice Didier Migaud announced on October 10 that the request for extradition of Philippine’s alleged murderer had been “formulated”.
The Swiss Federal Office of Justice (FOJ) will receive the content of this Wednesday’s hearing and render a decision on extradition in the coming days.
