On Tuesday October 15, Gérard Lanvin was invited to the set of C à vous on France 5. Upset by the death of his friend, he wanted to pay homage to him while talking about his career as a director. “Michel, his first film, it was very moving because it’s true that he moved on to directing after Balasko, Jugnot… They came to directing because we didn’t make them work” he remembered.

Still in shockthe 74-year-old then continued: “I’m a little moved to talk about Michel. You know, I learned of Michel’s death… well, we get used to it, we say to ourselves, it’s terrible…”.

Regarding the circumstances of the death of Michel BlancGérard Lavin has especially a worry. He thus revealed: “They tell you: ‘he died of a heart attack’. I know he had angioedema… Which is bothering me, I really hope he didn’t panic, even if it’s 10 seconds, because it’s that image that I wouldn’t want to have Michel”. Very touching confidences.
