The 18-year-old suspect, who admitted the facts, has already been convicted five times by a juvenile court. He is also the subject of an ongoing investigation for sexual assault on his sister.
“It appears from the criminal record of the person concerned that he was sentenced five times by the juvenile judge and the juvenile court for acts of damage to property and violence”, specified the prosecution of Coutances in a press release released Monday evening.
