Four neighboring buildings and their ten occupants were evacuated. “A diagnosis to assess the fragilities of neighboring buildings is underway. The building which collapsed was not maintained,” explains François Chauvet, the director of population protection at Toulouse town hall. An order will be issued as soon as this diagnosis is made.

In the meantime, access to the area was cut off and will be cut off until the firefighters' work is completed.
