Hot Wheels, Mattel's iconic toy brand, has announced a new line of Formula 1-inspired products, planned for 2025. The initiative follows the success of the limited edition model launched in 2024, marking the start of a partnership multi-year agreement between Hot Wheels and Formula 1.
An immersion in the world of F1
Presented in preview at the Nuremberg International Toy Fair, this collection includes miniature reproductions of the single-seaters of the eight current Formula 1 teams. Available in formats Singles (individual cars), 5-Pack (packs of five cars) and in version Premiumthese 1:64 scale models are designed to ride on Hot Wheels' famous orange tracks.
Versions Premium are distinguished by their careful finish. They include a metal body and chassis, Pirelli-branded tires and official team liveries for total immersion in the world of motorsport.
The Home Running Experience
Hot Wheels also offers two F1-inspired racing tracks: the Sprint Race Circuit and the Grand Prix Race Circuit. These tracks allow fans to recreate wild races with features like pedal boosters, rev counters and manual overtaking systems (DRS). Players can compete in thrilling races and imagine being behind the wheel of the most efficient single-seaters.

The collection includes:
- Hot Wheels Formula 1 Singles : individual models representing several teams, perfect for existing circuits.
- Hot Wheels Formula 1 5-Pack : a set of five cars in the colors of iconic teams like McLaren, Alpine and Haas.
- Hot Wheels Premium : high-end collectible cars, ideal for lovers of faithful details.
- Sprint Race Circuit : an interactive circuit with boosters and lap counters, to recreate the intensity of sprint races.
- Grand Prix Race Circuit : a more complex layout with overtaking zones and an advanced lap counter, to prolong the pleasure of racing.
A collaboration full of promise
With this initiative, Hot Wheels is aimed at a varied audience, from children who want to have fun with miniature cars to collectors passionate about the world of F1.
