The alleged chief of the Marseillais Narcotraficent clan Yoda, Félix Bingui, was indicted and placed in pre -trial detention. Extraced from Morocco earlier in the week, he arrived on French soil on January 22.

Félix Bingui, the alleged chief of the Marseillais Narcotrafiating clan Yoda “was indicted this Friday, January 24, learned BFMTV from a source close to the file. It is prosecuted for importing narcotic substances into an organized gang, provides assignment of drugs, money laundering and non -justification of resources.

After his passage before a judge of freedoms and detention (JLD), the magistrate decided to place Félix Bingui in pre -trial detention, more particularly in isolation.

He should soon go before judges of instructions, for at least one complicity in attempted assassination.

Bingui “will answer the questions of the investigating judge soon”

Solicited by BFMTV, the lawyer for the alleged chief of the Yoda clan, Me Philippe Ohayon, assured that his client was “relieved to have been extradited”. The man landed in , from Morocco, on Wednesday January 22.

“He will answer the questions of the investigating judge soon,” said Félix Bingui's lawyer.

As a reminder, Maître Ohayon recently made a report to the Superior Council of the Magistracy following the communication of the Minister of Justice, Gérald Darmanin, when Félix Bingui arrived in France.

The latter's advice reproached Gérald Darmanin, in his speech, for having “pronounced the criminal responsibility of a litigant who has not yet been indicted”
