First home meeting for Nevers.?Promoted this season to Regional 2, Nevers hosts the fifth and sixth day of the championship, Sunday January 26, from 10 a.m., at the Jean-Rostand gymnasium. Currently fifth (out of six), President Sébastien Babielle's men will have a lot to do in the morning against the undefeated leader, Quétigny. The afternoon meeting (2 p.m.) against Sens (4th) seems more affordable.
Summit in Regional 1 : traveling to Dijon, Sunday January 26, Guérigny-Urzy will face Quétigny, in a duel between the two undefeated leaders (four victories each). The afternoon should be quieter, Antoine Colmard's Badistas playing against USC Dijon, last with no victory to their name.

See you in Cosne Saturday January 25 and Sunday January 26. The first championships of the year, namely the Departmental Individual Performance and Federal A, take place Saturday January 25 (from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.) and Sunday January 26 (from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.) at Cosec Marcel-Chevrin in Cosne -sur-Loire.

Beaugé engaged in Kuwait. Eliminated in the first round of qualifying for the Quimper Challenger, Maxence Beaugé will fly to Kuwait at the start of the week. The Neversois, 707th player in the world, plans to play two tournaments in Zahra, two $15,000 tournaments (from January 27 to February 2, then from February 3 to 9).

Vauzelles and Garchizy in friendly.?Vauzelles and Garchizy (Regional 1) will continue their preparation, with friendly matches, Saturday January 25. Vauzelles will host FC Nevers (R2), at the Ateliers stadium (4 p.m.). Garchizy will go to the Stade des Halles, in Decize (R2), at 6:30 p.m.
The U13 Pitch Festival postponed to February 22.?Following the cancellation of matches on Saturday January 18, the 1st framing round of the U13 Pitch Festival is postponed to Saturday February 22 (start of matches at 10 a.m.) on eight sites: Coulanges-lès-Nevers, La Machine, Saint -Benin, Vauzelles (Senets and Ateliers stadium), Marzy, Garchizy and Clamecy.

Nevers friendly Saturday January 25. While waiting for the resumption of the men's Nationale 2, Saturday February 8, with the reception of Marsannay at the Maison des Sports, the USO Nevers is playing a friendly match on Saturday January 25 at Saint-Pryvé (N3). The Departmentals are convened in Nevers on Saturday January 25 at 10 a.m. for all categories (call until 9:45 a.m.). The Regionals will play on Sunday January 26 (10 a.m.), on three sites: Le Creusot, for Regional 1 (from under 13s to seniors); Nevers, Birocheau-Fouvielle room (for Regional 2 and under 11s); Vesoul, for children under 11 years old.

Paul Allègre returns to the World Cup. The Nevers swordsman returns to competition on Saturday January 25, in Doha (Qatar), where he will compete in the third World Cup stage of the season, after Berne (Switzerland) and Vancouver (Canada). Paul Allègre, 55th swordsman in the world, will have to go through the preliminary rounds on Saturday January 25, starting with the group stage at 10 a.m., where he will meet the Egyptian Mahmoud Elsayed (5th in the world), the Uzbek Ahmadjon Fayziev (557th), the American Gary North (214th), Russian Dzmitry Rykunou (unranked), Filipino Noelito Jose (178th) and the Finn Gunnar Grasbeck (409th).
The M15s in Autun. Sunday January 26, in Autun, the U15s will be on the track for the quarter-finals of the Burgundy-Franche-Comté Grand Est zone. On the sword side, five young people from the Cercle Nevers Escrime will be on the track: Gaston Triquet-Watremez, Valentin Schumacher-Delannoy, Adrien Chabani, Ivana Rollin and Louise Beauvois. On the foil side, the three Vauzellians Tom Collard, Gabriel Sénéchal and Louis Tournayre are entered.
