Call for joint candidates for the appointment of qualified persons within establishments and social and medico-social services (ESSMS)
The prefecture of Meurthe-et-Moselle, the department of Meurthe-et-Moselle and the regional health agency Grand Est jointly launched a Call for candidates to designate qualified persons within establishments and social and medico-social services (ESSMS) of Meurthe-et-Moselle.
The qualified person's mission is to help assert the rights of the user or his legal representative within establishments and social and medico-social services (ESSMS), in particular those welcoming the elderly, people in a situation of Handicap, children, delinquent minors for the judicial protection of youth (PJJ), people with integration difficulties (CHRS), asylum seekers.
The qualified person is appointed jointly by the prefect of the department, the president of the departmental council and the director of the regional health agency Grand Est and is independent of public authorities and reception structures.
This call for candidates is intended for volunteers wishing to engage in the defense of the rights of users of the ESSMS of Meurthe-et-Moselle.
-The qualified person designated may be any user of the public service if he fulfills the conditions necessary for his candidacy.
The specifications Annexed to this call for candidates indicates the conditions to be fulfilled by the candidates, as well as the conditions for exercising the mission, the framework of intervention, and the terms of transmission of applications.
