The Eure mail archives recovered by the town hall

After moving to Louviers in May 2023, a new page will soon turn to the Eure mail in Neubourg (Eure). Our former premiseslocated at 54, rue de la République, are about to be sold.

Until then, Many newspaper archives had been kept on the site. Thanks to a Agreement with the town hall of Neubourg, these precious documents were recovered by the municipalityThursday January 9, 2025. The objective is of course that these archives are freely accessible to the inhabitants who wish.

But before that, the town hall must make a important classification work. The mayor, Isabelle Vauquelin, specifies that “it is not for immediately”. We will obviously keep you informed of the date from which you can consult, in the town hall of Neubourg, our archives.
