the Department signs several equipment contracts

Unfailing support. This Monday, January 20 in , several equipment contracts were signed by Michel Weill, president of the Tarn-et-Garonne Departmental Council, in favor of five communities.

Participate in the development of communities

These agreements, which are part of a recovery plan initiated by the Department in 2021have the objective of “financially support certain projectsthus stimulating the development of municipalities and communities of municipalities“, a reconnu Michel Weill.

Following the various initialed contracts, here are the projects which will therefore be supported by the Department:

  • Bouloc-en-Quercy : energy rehabilitation of the nursery school, the creation of a communal cellar, exterior developments
  • Corbarieu : multiple investments, including a postal agency, a market hall, a fitness trail and sports infrastructures
  • Marignac : construction of a hunting lodge, development of public space and creation of approved housing
  • Saint-Nicolas-de-la-Grave : renovation of the bandstand, construction of senior housing and development of a pétanque court
  • Varennes : rehabilitation of a building annexed to the town hall, creation of approved housing and urban development

An envelope of more than 1 million euros

Faced with a context of uncertainty and despite budgetary constraints, the Departmental Council of Tarn-et-Garonne still chose to allocate an envelope of 1.283.162 euros to all of this work.
