In Groix, two elderly men evacuated by Dragon 56
This Wednesday, January 22, 2025, two elderly, “retired” men, living on the island of Groix, were evacuated by the Dragon 56 helicopter. The first intervention took place at the end of the morning. A man suffered an epileptic seizure at home. After being treated by the island's firefighters, he was evacuated by the helicopter which had taken a hospital team on board. The second intervention took place in the afternoon to take care of a man, also elderly, but suffering from hypotension. The two victims were transferred to the Bretagne Sud Hospital Group (GHBS) in Lorient.
