Drome. The 2nd edition of the Truffle, Wine and Chocolate Fair awaits gourmets in Valencia

Something to delight the taste buds! For two days, foodies will meet at the Jacques-Chirac conference and exhibition center in Valencia (Drome) for the 2nd edition of Salon truffle, wine and chocolate.

This now unmissable event in the Valentin landscape will be held Saturday January 25 and Sunday January 26. These two days will be dedicated to the celebration of local gastronomy around these three exceptional products.

Nearly 100 exhibitors expected

The truffle, wine and chocolate fair attracted more than 10,000 visitors in 2024. Building on the success of the first edition, the meeting was renewed this year. Nearly 100 exhibitors are expected: winegrowers, artisan chocolatiers and local producers.

On the menu:

• Gastronomic demonstrations during which visitors will be able to witness the talent of local chefs and be inspired by their creations around truffles, chocolate and wine;
• Tasting and catering areas. Visitors will be able to savor truffle dishes and enjoy a moment of conviviality.
