New start at Stade , Baptiste Santamaria joins OGC Nice on loan.

The squad continues to get lighter at Stade Rennes. After Henrik Meister and Albert Gronbaek, Baptiste Santamaria also leaves Rennes, for OGC Nice, on loan. The midfielder who arrived in 2021 hardly played under Jorge Sampaoli (4 minutes of play) and was sidelined just like Gronbaek, Kamara and Gallon, following the elimination in the French Cup.

According to L'Equipe, the loan would come with a purchase option for less than three million euros.
