An actress from “Plus belle la vie” has filed a complaint for sexual assault and rape against an osteopath. An investigation is opened by the Paris prosecutor's office.
An actress from the series “Plus belle la vie” filed a complaint on Monday, January 20, following a sexual assault she suffered from an osteopath in the 17th arrondissement of Paris, AFP learned from the public prosecutor's office. Paris, confirming information from Le Parisien.
Concerning the facts, these allegedly took place in the osteopath's office. The actress went to the practitioner to consult for a “problem with her ribs”. She would then have suffered, during a first session, what she describes as “touching”, in particular “over her panties”, indicate our colleagues.
Finding this abnormal, the actress decided to record the second meeting with the osteopath. During this second session, the man would have again touched the actress's “chest and genitals” “through her underwear”. To justify his action, the professional allegedly claimed that this was necessary to “relax and ease tensions”.
-He then undressed and asked the victim to touch him in turn, according to our colleagues from Le Parisien. The actress refused. The practitioner, not taking into account the victim's refusal, continued his touching. He also allegedly tried to rape her. The actress finally managed to leave the scene before filing a complaint.
For its part, the public prosecutor simply confirmed to AFP that the complaint targeted the offense of sexual assault but also that of rape, and that the investigation was in the hands of the 1st judicial police district.
