If, like any communist, Fabien Roussel wants to reform inheritance taxation, he is not opposed to inheritance. The boss of the PCF, who cites his small town of Saint-Amand-les-Eaux (North) more often than Marx, could thus inherit the mayor's chair by the end of the month. And thus regain a mandate of magnitude after his failure in the legislative elections. Because, as reported by AFP, the current coconut mayor, Alain Bocquet, 78, announced on Saturday that he was turning the page after thirty years in this position, evoking “the weight of the years”.
