While a large building is currently coming out of the ground, a new project is being discussed in Lannion: a hotel which could have nearly 80 rooms.

It's still a work in progress, but things are accelerating at the Pégase business park opposite Lannion airport. On the site of the former Cegelec factory, a large building is currently being built to accommodate new companies.

15 emplacements

15 commercial or industrial cells will be available before the arrival of a hotel next door.

The roofing and cladding will be finished by February. At the beginning of March, businesses will already be able to move there.

The work began last June. On the vast plot of more than 11,000 m2, a long building with green metal frames takes shape.

The Coprom/Coréal group, which is investing in this project, wishes to put 15 commercial cells up for sale. Modular cells according to needs.

A national group will invest

A national group took three from us that they are going to put together. Two others are reserved. For the others, as happens every time, contacts will come when the building is finished.

As soon as this project ends, the group has another idea, that of build a hotel on another adjoining plot of 3,900 m2.

We want to build a hotel. We are looking for project leaders in this area, it could be around 80 rooms. We think there is potential for a three star in this sector.

The company wishes to provide a turnkey solution for this hotel to the interested chain or franchise. Unlike commercial cells which are offered for rental only.

The attraction of the event park

The building of this new hotel should be 2,000 m2 to the floor, and 1,000 m2 floor. Space for parking is also provided.

Investors are based on potential activities of the industrial zone, which also seeks to accommodate passing engineers or technicians. They also see opportunities when there will be congresses, seminars, trade fairs and concerts in the new events park, a few hundred meters away.

The town of Lannion remains a dynamic and attractive sector for entrepreneurs.
