The Gulf of Morbihan Natural Park (PNR) officially launched the revision of its charter, this Monday, January 20, 2025 in Vannes (Morbihan). It's an intense period that's opening up, an opportunity to question oneself, to gain perspective.
introduced Ronan Le Délézir, its president.
The revision, which will include a public inquiry and must be validated by the prefect, the environmental authority and, in fine the minister, will extend until 2029. Three workshops, in March, the end of April and the beginning of July 2025, will allow the 34 member municipalities and partners to define the framework of a first version
of the new PNR charter in January 2026.
“Convince rather than constrain”
This new charter will then be imposed on territorial coherence plans (Scot) and local intercommunal town planning plans (Plui).
-The members of the PNR wish to expand its study perimeter to Larmor-Baden and Île-aux-Moines, but also to integrate the maritime perimeter of the gulf. In line with his philosophy: Convince rather than constrain
the PNR plans to consult widely. After posting a questionnaire for residents on its website, conferences, debates and field trips will be offered throughout the process.
