The team of Greta-CFA from Western Brittany wants to break the codes a little for the first edition of its Explor'métiers forum, Friday January 24, 2025 at Quimper (Finistère). It takes place at the Yves-Thépot high school gymnasium, from 9:30 a.m. to 3 p.m.
Escape game, demonstrations…
The establishment has imagined a “participatory and interactive” meeting as explained Pierre-Jean Desbordestraining advisor. “To introduce people to digital professions in concrete terms, we are going to organize an escape game. There will also be demonstrations on woodworking, pancake turning, an aging simulator, and the presentation of a welding booth. »
All these activities aim to present the training of Greta-CFA of Western Brittany in South Finistère. The following sectors of activity are concerned:
- personal services
- the hotel and catering industry
- the building
- the tertiary
- industry
- digital
Each of these sectors is in tension and therefore buoyant, with a number of positions to be filled.

Work-study, professional integration…
The forum is aimed at employees, job seekers and people undergoing retraining. The public will have two spaces at their disposal to obtain information on possible support in training, apprenticeship and professional integration.
Greta trainers and trainees will provide their testimony. Finally, six partners of the training establishment will be present: France Travail, the Local Mission, Cap Emploi, the Catalys firm, Mobil'Emploi and the Information Center for the Rights of Women and Families.
