In the United States, Donald Trump orders the suspension of employees from diversity programs

White House spokesperson Karoline Leavitt confirmed on X, Tuesday, January 21, that American employees working in diversity programs, which Donald Trump ordered closed, will be suspended by Wednesday evening, January 17 hours (11 p.m., in ).

The spokesperson confirmed a message from the Federal Office of Personnel Management requesting“send a notification to all DEIA (diversity, equity, inclusion and accessibility) office employees that they are being placed on paid administrative leave effective immediately”. L’administration “takes steps to close/terminate all DEIA initiatives, offices and programs”continues the message, published on X Tuesday evening.
