The Departmental Youth Council, “Thomas Pesquet” promotion, is organizing 3 events, with the support of TAFT license students from the University of Nîmes, open to the public:

  1. “Let’s connect to sport”: Wednesday March 5 / 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. / Florac stadium and gymnasium:
    To mark the launch of the Bêêl → BougE En Lozère web application, a sporting afternoon with varied activities is organized in Florac, in the presence of high-level athletes: football, rugby, dance, handball and BMX.
  2. “Get into my screen”: Wednesday March 12 / 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. / Georges Frêche event space (2nd floor) Mende:
    Influencers (tiktok, youtube) present their profession: what are the advantages and disadvantages of practicing this profession? What are the dangers of digital uses and how can you protect yourself from them?
    This will also be an opportunity to discover the tools and techniques they use to create their content.
  3. “Your differences are your strength”: Wednesday March 19 / 2 p.m. – 5 p.m. / Marvejols cinema theater:
    Organization of a film debate on the theme of discrimination and harassment.
    A clip made by young people from the CDJ as well as a documentary made by students from the Marcel Pierrel college will be screened and followed by the film “Un monde” by Laura Wandel (2021 festival selection).
    Guests specializing in these themes will also be present to answer all questions.
