The start of 2025 was marked by a moment of enriching collaboration for two tourist offices in the department. Indeed, as part of their annual cohesion course, the teams from the tourist offices of the Pyrenees Ariégeoises – based in Tarascon-sur-Ariège, and those of Couserans-Pyrénées came together for a day of exchanges and sharing of experiences.
The objective of this meeting: to strengthen the links between the two structures, while exploring new approaches in order to optimize their professional practices: “Sarah Ozolins, the director of the Couserans-Pyrénées tourist office, chose the resorts of Ax les Thermes and that of Beille for the annual team cohesion course It was therefore natural that part of my team, also in a seminar on the 2025 action plan, welcomed them”, explains Sylvie. Couderc, director of the Pyrenees Ariégeoises tourist office.
Thus, for two days, the two teams were able to exchange knowledge of their territories “and the good practices of each association”. An initiative which is part of a dynamic of pooling skills, which has notably made it possible to strengthen cohesion between the members of the two offices. “We are delighted with this exchange initiative,” emphasizes Sylvie Couderc, “because the tourist on vacation has no administrative boundaries.”
