Vinci Energies signs an acquisition in GTB

Priority to GTB and smart buildings. This is the message sent by Vinci Energies, with the acquisition of IBS (Intelligence Bâtiment Service). This company, created in 2011, is established in Rochefort (17), and has an agency in Angoulême (16). An EcoXpert partner of Schneider Electric, it achieved a turnover of €2.4 million at the end of March 2024 and employs 17 people. It strengthens Vinci Energies' regional expertise in terms of managing and programming the energy consumption of buildings.
