Projects for 2025

Among the flagship projects for 2025, the municipal council validated the purchase of the mini-market and the land. A candidate for the takeover has already been identified, although nothing is official yet. Since December 9, the municipality has been working with an architect for the renovation and extension of the store. In addition, a bicycle reception service will be set up, including charging, secure parking and electric bike rental, in order to boost local activity. A vending machine for basic necessities will also be installed to serve locals and tourists during store closing hours.

Concerning the future subdivision of Orrière, the start of work is planned for September, with the reintegration of a plot into the project, which will have a total of 9 buildable plots. This initiative allows the municipality to anticipate possible constraints linked to non-artificialization zones (ZAN). Finally, the upgrade to energy standards and for people with reduced mobility (PRM) of the Roland-Hérouin room, expected for two years, will also be carried out.

Upcoming events

Regarding the events, on February 22, 2025, a meal dance and the election of the queen and her runners-up from the district office will be held in Passais-la-Conception. Other events, such as the garage sale, the tavern and the Flories d'antan which will celebrate their 30the birthday on August 15, 2025, are also on the program.
