The consolidated turnover of the company RISMA, a Moroccan subsidiary of the Accor group, recorded an increase of 4% at the end of the first nine months of 2024 compared to the same period of the 2023 financial year, announced the managers of the first group hotelier in Morocco based in Casablanca.

This turnover stood at 915 million dirhams ($91,500 million) compared to 880 million dirhams ($88 million) at the end of September 2023. Company officials maintain that the occupancy rate is to 57% compared to 56% as of September 30, 2023, a slight increase of 1 percentage point.

During the period under review, investments made by the company decreased by 19 million dirhams, from 103 million at the end of September 2023 to 84 million dirhams a year later. <> underlined the managers of the Moroccan company.

As for the net debt, it stood at 1.158 billion dirhams as of September 30, 2024 compared to 1.413 billion dirhams as of September 30, 2023. Which makes company officials say that this sharp drop compared to 2023 thus allows the group to present a solid balance sheet situation.
