Louisa Frangeul, manager in Mayenne of La Marketeuse, launched the FL© program, a new method to develop the culture client of the entire company.

Based on the communication and empathy, this method aims to booster the general productivity in the areas of industry and the tertiary. Interview in January 2025.

Louisa Frangeul was born in Mayenne. At just 16 years old, she became press correspondent for a local media, which allows it to reconcile its two passions : communication and highlighting one’s territory.

She then obtained a diploma in management commercial relations in and l’international who leads her Germany where she acquires solid experience professional, notably within the famous Westfalia brand of campervans, owned by the Mayenne group Quick.

Ces experiences varied positions allowed him to occupy different customer relations positions and development sales. Also, before founding her agency, La Marketeuse, in 2021, this entrepreneur worked as a sales and marketing manager.

She also set up the first edition of Boss dating in Mayenne, at Garden's Pub in May 2024.

From there, the young chef 32-year-old company is today launching its programme FL©a synthesis of everything she was able to learn in her domaine. “80% of problems in businesses are linked to a lack of relationships,” observes Louisa Frangeul.

So I think empathy needs to make a comeback. This is not something to be neglected, quite the contrary. It is a way to improve results, a vector of productivity. But it also represents an opportunity to restore serenity between employees and a sense of customer service. We all stand to gain. We can even all rise through this.

“That’s why I called my programme FLwhich refers, in a funny way to the Eiffel Tower, and the idea of ​​being positive, of looking upwards,” adds Louisa Frangeul. (Editor's note: FL also refers to the first and last name of the young woman: Frangeul Louisa).

3,000 hours of work

“The FL© program required more than 3,000 hours of work,” explains Louisa Frangeul. “The online tool was developed in Mayenne by Hokoha, a young start-up from publishing applications and products.”

The ambitious program FL, which she wants to be “simple and effective”, works using methods modern, proven solutions. These are short videos (less than 5 minutes), podcasts or resource sheets.

These training modules are designed to act in the long term and sustainably.

44 different themes are covered, from integration into the company to gossip, including the 7 golden rules of telephone contact.

In short: the FL program adapts on a case-by-case basis. “Ultimately, improving interdepartmental communication means reducing wasted time and money, just as much as having a head start on competition,” concludes the CEO.
