The public prosecutor of Gap, Marion Lozac'hmeur, underlines the “careful work of the investigators” which could, Wednesday January 8, know its outcome before the Gap criminal court. This work, according to our information, is that of a file several months old combining stabbings and a context of narcotics in Guillestre.
Three people were taken into custody on Monday January 6. Under the aegis of the Guillestre gendarmerie brigade and the Briançon research brigade, two adults from Bouches-du-Rhône, born in 2005 and 2006, as well as a minor, also from Bucco-Rhodan, were arrested by investigators. “The three individuals are implicated for acts of violent theft and criminal association,” confirms the magistrate to the Dauphiné Libéré.
One of the accused admits to having carried out the blows
The facts originated in mid-September 2024. In a context that remains to be clarified, an altercation gave rise to stabbings. “The two adults, one of whom admits to having carried out the stabbings, will be brought before the Gap public prosecutor's office” this Wednesday, January 8 with a view to an immediate appearance, specifies Marion Lozac'hmeur. The minor, dependent on the Aix-en-Provence public prosecutor's office, was referred this Tuesday to the Aix children's judge.
