On Wednesday evening, snowfall should first affect a large number of regions, but it will remain of low intensity in the west and north of the country. Then, during the night, the weather will probably become drier again north of the Sambre-et-Meuse furrow. In the extreme south-east of the territory, precipitation will mainly be in the form of rain, which could otherwise become quite abundant. The minimums will be between -3 degrees in Hautes-Fagnes, -1 to +1 degree in the central part of the country and +2 or +3 degrees on the coast and in Gaume.
On Thursday, the area of snow will linger over the Ardennes before leaving the country towards the south-east during the afternoon. In other regions, the weather will generally become dry again with a few rays of sunshine from the coast. The maxima will vary between +6 degrees by the sea and -2 degrees in the Hautes Fagnes.
During the following days, the weather will be calm with very cold nights and mornings sometimes accompanied by freezing fog. A few rays of sunshine will sometimes return during the day. The maxima will remain close to 0 degrees.
