Be careful if you have recently purchased meat from Lidl. Several batches of pork are currently the subject of a recall because health authorities suspect the presence of a foreign plastic body inside, alerts the government site Rappel Conso. These are two products from the L'Etal du Boucher brand.

The first batch concerned is a tray of four pork crepinettes. Its barcode is 4056489564096 and its expiration date is January 10. The second is a tray of four Savoyard-style minced pork (lot identification: 20345068/25512911). Its expiration date is January 7.

The recalled products were all sold between December 30 and January 3 in Lidl stores throughout . The precise list of points of sale was shared by Rappel Conso. If you are in possession of this meat, you should definitely not consume it to avoid the risk of injury and/or adverse effects.
