She knows how to do it with toddlers. When Morgane Ruen, new childminder in Jaignes (Seine-et-Marne), talks about her story in the living room, it is in the company of one of her three children, Maïna, who is rowdy on her lap.

With her voice and her experience as a young mother, she manages to channel your daughter and resume the conversation.

Word of mouth is gradually starting to bear fruit for this 33 year old womanoriginally from Noisy-le-Grand. “I recently received my approval (a permission which certifies that the employee is able to look after children at home for remuneration, Editor's note) and I completed my training last April. The first families came to see me already well in advance,” she smiles, determined to live from your passion and take care of as many children as possible.

The project of a lifetime

“We have been in Jaignes for three years and we have been living around this dream of being a childminder. We built our house, knowing that I needed a room dedicated to my profession. We even respected security standards, from sockets to barriers, to window locks,” admits Morgane Ruen, in company of his high school sweetheartYann-Cyril.

This love for children, she developed since childhood.

After several obstacles, she finally gets there. “I remember that at school, they didn't want to lead me down that path. I did several jobs and training before being able to realize my dream,” she recalls.

Furthermore, the arrival of his three children was a more in his journey. “With my three children, Mia, Liam and Maïna, it gave me even more experience,” she admits.

Morgane Ruen has already planned everything in terms of activity for the youngest. “Depending on ages, I offer all kinds of activities to stimulate the child's development. This can range from developmental toys, walks, to modeling clay and paint. I want the child to be able to do things for themselves and develop their sensory side,” develops the “nanny”.

Premiers contacts

The year 2025 will be important for the young woman, because she will begin to look after your first children. “I’m going to work with a family starting in January, and I’m doing everything I can to be as visible as possible. I went to the Maison des enfants du Pays de L’Ourcq, the schools around Jaignes, to my networks… even the town hall helps me with this visibility,” she declares, with full gratitude.

As soon as she's settled in, another dream will come and introduce himself to her. “What I want is to help and look after as many children as possible. That's my thing. Then, I would like to open a childminder home,” hopes the young woman, who wishes to continue on this childhood path.
