Guérigny. Exceptional municipal aid for Mayotte. Meeting recently, municipal elected officials unanimously voted for an exceptional subsidy of €500 for Civil Protection, tasked by the Association of Mayors of France with providing immediate responses to the first emergencies in Mayotte. Another subsidy, more contested (three votes against), was allocated to the Festibière committee, in order to make up for the deficit recorded during the last edition, victim of the weather. Aid of €1,500 deemed essential by Joël Grosjean, vice-president of the association, without which the next Beer Festival (scheduled for Saturday September 6, 2025) could not have taken place.
Finances still, with two upcoming acquisitions: firstly, a plot (registered AN no. 9) belonging to the Fishing Federation (€17,000), in order to continue the development of the Nièvre edge promenade. The second is rather a buyout: the Foncière Le Claire company, which had purchased from the commune the former building of the deputy director of the Forges Royales, located at the Château de la Chaussade, decided to abandon its development project, its director having expressed financial difficulties. Following the latter's request, the municipal council agreed to buy back his lot from him, for the initial sale price (€10,000). On the same site, the sale of the L-shaped building (located at the north entrance) to two private buyers was canceled, the latter having been unable to obtain, from the public authorities, the building permit for the creation of eleven housing units rental properties. Reasons given by the regional prefect and the director of the Drac: the type of joinery chosen is considered “not very compatible with the architectural quality of the building” and the new ordering of the openings “anarchic”. The City therefore finds itself, once again, the owner of almost the entire castle.

School catering. Family quotient from 0 to €900: €4.03 per meal; €3.57 from the second child. Family quotient of €901 and more, and children outside the municipality: €4.48; €3.95 from the second. Occasional: €4.65.
Daycare, nursery school. €0.90 in the morning, and €1.64 in the evening, snack included. 50% reduction from the second child.
Eau. €1.69 per m³, up to 300 m³.
Sanitation. The fee is €2.56 per m³ of water consumed.
Graveyard. Funeral concessions: €70 (15 years); €130 (30 years). Caurnes: €45 (15 years); €89 (30 years). Columbarium: €747 (15 years): €1,120 (30 years).
Covered market. €148 (one day) for individuals + €84 (household). Same prices for local associations with free for the first use. External associations: €271 + €90. Belle Broc: €80 per flea market.
Espace François-Mitterrand. €272 (one day) or €217 (summer rate) + €84 (cleaning); €137 or €109 per additional day. Local associations: €310 or €248 + cleaning (one free, to choose with the covered market).
Royal Forges Theater. €130 per half day.
